In My Mailbox (13)

In My Mailbox is a weekly Meme hosted Kristi of The Story Siren.  The objective of this meme is to encourage readers to share the books they received, bought or borrowed from the library or from a friend.
It’s just few for this week but I guess these books are great ones. But it will stay in my shelf for a while due to my pouring list of my reading pile and dwindling reading time. I just wish I could have plenty more time to read and enjoy more books. I can’t say anymore right now, I still have smudges of chocolates in my arms; I just finished frosting and garnishing a cake and I need to clean up. I just had a break to do my IMM.

Legend by Marie Lu
Catching Jordan by Miranda Kenneally

Sacrifice by Melinda Metz

And those are the books I’ve acquired this week. How ‘bout you, what are the books you’ve got this week?

I've been gone for quite a while and I can't put all the books I've got for the past few months instead I'll just post here the books I've got recently. So here they are:

Beautiful Chaos by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl
Crossed by Ally Condie

Last Breath by Rachel Caine
Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier

Darker Still by Leanna Renee Hieber
Reckoning by Lili St. Crow

My reading pile keep on filling in and really sometimes its hard for me to decide on what to read next. I'm excited to take a glimpse in the world of the Matched series and I'm really thankful to have Crossed now, but I guess I need to take more time before I could read it since I haven't read the first book yet. I heard it's an awesome read. Right now I'm weighing on my option on reading Beautiful Creatures next since I'm excited to know more about Lena and Ethan.

And those are the books I've got recently. How 'bout you, what are the books you got this week?

Beautiful Americans by Lucy Silag

I got my hardcover copy of Beautiful Americans from Book Sale for a cheap price and it still looks new even though it already has little dents on the cover.

I only got two books this week and I'm a little bit grumpy reading due to a lot of house chores. Anyway I'm on my way finishing the current book I'm reading and I'll post my review soon and I'll follow it with City of Fallen Angels. Anyway here's what I got this week.

City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare
Wither by Lauren DeStefano

So here are the books I got this week which I actually bought and some of them are borrowed. I’m sorry I couldn’t quite specify them ‘coz I’m a little bit groggy and sleepy, since it’s almost midnight here but I have to do my IMM.

Night Star by Alyson Noel
Awakened by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast

Matched by Ally Condie
I love the cover of Matched and I can't wait to read it. But maybe it may take long since I still have a lot of books in my TBR and some needed to be read Asap.

So that’s all I’ve got this week. How about you, what do you got in your mailbox?

I haven't done IMM for a couple of weeks so I really missed joining and participating with this meme and of course I missed to see what our other bloggers got in their mailboxes. So here's what I got this week.

Bought:

Guardian of the Gate by Michelle Zink

Beautiful Darkness by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl

Last Sacrifice by Richelle Mead

Sorry 'bout the flash at the image of Last Sacrifice, its dim in the room so I have no choice than to put a flash on it and its very huge due to the plastic cover. I prefer to put on covers with my books to protect them and preserve it to look like its always new.

Well thank God I could be able to get my copy of Last Sacrifice on the release date. I was so pissed at the bookstore that day coz I even made the effort to visit them the day before the release date just to reserve a copy and the next day I've been looking for my copy and I found out they haven't acknowledged my reservation. Well I'm still lucky there's still one copy left that they put on the front shelf display that washed my annoyance away.

If you guys want to know what I think of Last Sacrifice I've already posted my review on my previous post or click here. So how about you what have you got in your mailbox?

Here’s what I got this week.

Bought:

Infinite Days by Rebecca Maizel

Thank God I found the last copy in the bookstore so I immediately bought it. And I also got

Graceling by Kristin Cashore

Which I found it at the Book Sale shop and as you can see it still has the price tag on it. It’s a hardcover copy and still in a good shape although the edges kind of tattered. I bought it for 165php which is around $3.51.
As you can notice I’m still reading Clockwork Angel and I barely reach half of the story due to my busy schedule this week. Well I hope I could manage to finish it by tomorrow.

So what do you got on you mailbox this week?
