It’s good to read another great book from these two great authors. The plot is enjoyable but it’s not my new favorite among the series. At first I find it semi-slow paced and I feel like I could shout at Zoey to get on and solve the problem and be a high priestess. It’s also good to read different points of view from the characters in able for me to have a better look at the plot.
Since I’ve read Burned, I’ve expected a lot from this book like more action and faster pace of the scenes but it didn’t meet all my expectations and I hope the next one will be a lot better. I was a little bit disappointed because I didn’t hear a lot from Zoey in this book, I mean there’s no big heroic thing she have done unlike the previous ones. But I’m happy that Stevie Rae got a lot of shots this time. Stevie Rae rocks and she’s my new favorite.
Since the ending has a cliff hanger touch to it, I would definitely look forward for the
